DUTIES TO UNION. A. INFORMATION FOR COLLECTIVE BARGAINING - The District shall make available to the Union upon its request, any and all information, statistics and records relevant to negotiations or necessary for the proper enforcement of the terms of the Agreement, to the extent to which such material is readily available or is reasonable to be obtainable, except that personnel files shall not be made available to the Union without the consent of the individual.
