DUTIES OF THE TRANSFER AGENTS. 12.1 The Transfer Agents shall perform such duties as are set out herein and in the Master Trust Deed, the relevant Supplemental Trust Deed, the Conditions and the applicable Final Terms and, in performing those duties, shall act in accordance with the Master Trust Deed, the relevant Supplemental Trust Deed, the Conditions, the applicable Final Terms and the provisions of this Agreement.
