Appointment of the Transfer Agent. 2.1 Each Fund hereby appoints and constitutes the Transfer Agent as transfer agent and dividend disbursing agent for Shares of the Fund and the Transfer Agent hereby accepts such appointments and agrees to perform the duties hereinafter set forth.
Appointment of the Transfer Agent. The Company hereby appoints the Transfer Agent, as transfer agent for its shares and as shareholder servicing agent for the Company, and the Transfer Agent accepts such appointment and agrees to perform the duties set forth below.

The Company hereby appoints and constitutes the Transfer Agent as transfer agent for all of the Shares of the Company authorized as of the date hereof, and the Transfer Agent accepts such appointment and agrees to perform the duties herein set forth. If the Board of Directors of the Company (the "Directors") hereafter reclassifies the Shares, by the creation of one or more additional Funds or otherwise, the Transfer Agent agrees that it will act as transfer agent for the Shares so reclassified on the terms set forth herein.
Appointment of the Transfer Agent. The Trust hereby appoints the Transfer Agent, as transfer agent for its units and as administrator for the Trust, and the Transfer Agent accepts such appointment and agrees to perform the duties set forth below.
Appointment of the Transfer Agent. 3.1 The Transfer Agent is hereby appointed as the agent of the Issuer, to act as Transfer Agent for the purposes specified in this Agreement, the Indenture and the Notes, including, inter alia, completing, authenticating, holding and delivering Notes, upon the terms and subject to the conditions specified herein, the Indenture and in the Notes, and the Transfer Agent hereby accepts such appointment.
Appointment of the Transfer Agent. 2.1 The Fund, on behalf of the Portfolios, hereby appoints and constitutes the Transfer Agent as transfer agent and dividend disbursing agent for Shares of each respective Portfolio of the Fund and as shareholder servicing agent for the Fund and the Transfer Agent hereby accepts such appointments and agrees to perform the duties hereinafter set forth.
Appointment of the Transfer Agent. The Fund hereby appoints the Transfer Agent, as transfer agent for its shares ("shares") and as shareholder servicing agent for the Fund, and the Transfer Agent accepts such appointment and agrees to perform the duties set forth below. It is understood that all shares will be owned by insurance companies ("Insurance Companies") and held in accounts for the benefit of owners of variable life insurance policies or annuity contracts and that these insurance companies will be solely responsible for the administration of these policies and contracts.
Appointment of the Transfer Agent. The Fund hereby appoints and constitutes the Transfer Agent as transfer agent for its Shares and as shareholder servicing agent for the Fund, and the Transfer Agent accepts such appointment and agrees to perform the duties hereinafter set forth. If the Board of Directors, pursuant to the Articles of Incorporation, hereafter establishes and designates a new Portfolio, the Transfer Agent agrees that it will act as transfer agent and shareholder servicing agent for such new Portfolio in accordance with the terms set forth herein. The Directors shall cause a written notice to be sent to the Transfer Agent to the effect that it has established a new Portfolio and that it appoints the Transfer Agent as transfer agent and shareholder servicing agent for the new Portfolio. Such written notice must be recieved by the Transfer Agent in a reasonable period of time prior to the commencement of operations of the new Portfolio to allow the Transfer Agent, in the ordinary course of its business, to prepare to perform its duties for such new Portfolio.
Appointment of the Transfer Agent. The Trust hereby appoints and constitutes the Transfer Agent as transfer agent for all of the Shares of each Fund of the Trust in existence as of the date hereof, and as shareholder-servicing agent for the Trust and the Transfer Agent accepts these appointments and agrees to perform the duties in accordance with the terms of the Agreement. In addition to the services and duties of the Transfer Agent, the Transfer Agent agrees to perform all services usually and customarily performed by a Transfer Agent, services incidental to the performance of the services enumerated herein and such additional services as agreed upon by the Transfer Agent and Trust in writing from time to time.
Appointment of the Transfer Agent. 3.1. The Transfer Agent is hereby appointed as the agent of the Issuer, to act as Transfer Agent for the purposes specified in this Agreement, the Indenture and the Notes, including, inter alia, completing, authenticating, holding and delivering Notes, upon the terms and subject to the conditions specified herein, in the Indenture and in the Notes, and the Transfer Agent hereby accepts such appointment. In such capacity, the Trustee has appointed pursuant to the Supplemental Indenture and authorized the Paying Agent, and the Paying Agent hereby accepts such appointment, to serve as the Authenticating Agent (as defined in the Indenture) for the Notes.
