Duties of the Secretary-Treasurer in Connection with Nominations and Election. (a) The Secretary-Treasurer shall at least twenty (20) days prior to the holding of the nominations give notice, as above provided, to the membership of the time, place and date and the offices for which nominations will be in order in connection with the election. Such notice shall be given in the manner determined by the Local Union Executive Board, consistent with these rules.
