Common use of Duties of Members Clause in Contracts

Duties of Members. As allowed under Section 15-3 and 15-5 of the Act, each Member must have a duty as set forth in Exhibit 1 to this agreement. The Members agree that the failure to satisfy a Member’s duties may result in the expulsion or removal of that Member, pursuant to Section 35-45 of the Act.

Duties of Members. As allowed under Section 15-3 and 15-5 489.409 of the Act, each Member must have a duty as set forth in Exhibit 1 to this agreement. The Members agree that the failure to satisfy a Member’s duties may result in the expulsion or removal reduction of that Member’s membership interest, pursuant to Section 35-45 101.153 of the ActLaw.
