Duties of Company’s Representative. Company’s Representative shall carry out such duties in issuing certificates, decisions, instructions and orders as are specified in the Contract but except as expressly provided in the conditions neither the performance of or the failure to perform such duties whether properly or at all by Company’s Representative, nor the fact that a representative has been appointed by Company shall in any way relieve Contractor of any responsibility or liability for any of its obligations under the Contract. No approval of, or consent to or failure to approve or disapprove of any matter by Company or Company’s Representative shall relieve Contractor of any liability or any of its obligations under the Contract.
