During Vacation. A court appearance or call-back during an employee's scheduled vacation shall be compensated by a minimum of eight (8) hours overtime. At the assignment's end, the employee shall go on off-duty status.

For the purpose of this section vacation only refers to bid vacation block which will include the days off adjacent to the scheduled time off. To be eligible employee shall notify the District Attorney’s Office of the vacation time off.
