Common use of During Phase Clause in Contracts

During Phase. Three Augrid shall provide premises, facilities, machinery (other than the laser sealing machinery to be provided by ITW under the Machinery Lease Agreement), labour and all other requirements for the establishment and commissioning of a manufacturing plant for the Products. Augrid shall use its best endeavours to establish and commission the manufacturing plant within one year after the commencement of Phase Three.
