Common use of Duration Clause in Contracts

Duration. 45.01 This Agreement shall be effective from July 1st, 2020, and shall remain in force until June 30th, 2024, and thereafter from year to year, but either party may, not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days before the expiry date of this Agreement, give notice in writing to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof.

In the event no such notice is given in time by either Party, this Agreement shall remain in effect from year to year, but either party may, not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days before the expiry date of this Agreement, give notice in writing to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof.

Duration. 45.01 This Agreement shall be become effective from July 1ston August 16, 2020, 2019 and shall remain continue in full force until June 30thand effect through August 15, 20242022. Not less than sixty (60) days prior to August 15, and thereafter from year to year2022, but either party may, not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days before the expiry date of this Agreement, may give notice in writing to the other party of its desire to terminate modify this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereofAgreement. Duration. 45.01 24.1 This Agreement shall be become effective from July 1ston June 1, 2015, and shall continue in effect until May 31, 2020, at midnight, and shall remain in force until June 30th, 2024, and thereafter be automatically renewed from year to year, but year thereafter unless at least one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the termination date either party may, not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days before the expiry date of this Agreement, give serves written notice in writing to on the other party of a desire to terminate this Agreement amend or to negotiate a revision thereofmodify the Agreement.

Duration. 45.01 This Agreement shall be effective remain in full force and effect from July 1st1, 20202023 through June 30, and shall remain in force until June 30th, 2024, 2025 and thereafter from year until modifications are made pursuant to year, but the P.E.L.R.A. If either party maydesires to modify or amend this Agreement commencing on July 1, 2025, it shall give written notice to such intent no later than May 1, 2025. Unless otherwise mutually agreed, the parties shall not less than thirty (30) days nor commence negotiations more than ninety (90) days before prior to the expiry date expiration of this Agreement, give notice in writing to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof.

Notwithstanding the above, with the consent of the parties, negotiations for a new agreement may commence six months prior to the expiration of the current contract.

If a new agreement has not been entered into prior to that time, and thereafter from year to year, but either party may, this Agreement shall stay in effect until replaced or until written notice of not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days before the expiry date of this Agreement, give notice in writing is given by one party to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereofother.

Should either party desire to modify or terminate this Agreement before May 31, 2020, and it shall remain in force until June 30th, 2024, and thereafter from year to year, but either party may, not less than thirty (30) days nor more than serve written notice at least ninety (90) days before the expiry date of this Agreement, give notice in writing prior to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereofthat date.

Duration. 45.01 This 26.01 The effective dates of this Agreement shall be effective from July 1st1, 20202019, to June 30, 2022, and shall remain in full force and effect until June 30th, 2024, and thereafter from year to year, but either a successor Agreement is agreed upon. Either party may, not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days before the expiry date of this Agreement, give notice in writing to may serve upon the other a notice starting six months prior to July 1, 2022, advising that such party desires to terminate this Agreement revise or to negotiate a revision thereofchange the terms or conditions of such Agreement.

Duration. 45.01 This Agreement shall be effective from July 1st, 20202024, and shall remain in force until June 30th, 20242028, and thereafter from year to year, but either party may, not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days before the expiry date of this Agreement, give notice in writing to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof.

Duration. 45.01 30.1 This Agreement shall be effective from July 1st, 2020, and shall remain in force until June 30thfrom May 1, 20242018 to April 30, 2021 and thereafter shall continue in force from year to yearyear thereafter unless in any year not more than one hundred and eighty (180) days, but either party may, and not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days days, before the expiry date of its termination, either party shall furnish the other with notice of termination of, or proposed revision of, this Agreement, give notice in writing to the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof.

Duration. 45.01 This Agreement shall be effective from July 1st1, 20202025, and shall remain in force until midnight June 30th30, 2024, and thereafter from year 2028. If prior to year, but either party may, not less than thirty (30) days nor more than ninety (90) days before the expiry termination date of this Agreement, give notice in writing either party wishes to negotiate revisions to this Agreement, such party must serve upon the other party to terminate this Agreement or to negotiate a revision thereof.written notice of
