Common use of Duration of this DPA Clause in Contracts

Duration of this DPA. 3.1 This DPA shall apply as long as Processor processes personal data on Controller’s behalf in connection with the provision of the Services. During this time, this DPA cannot be terminated unless other clauses governing the provision of personal data processing services have been agreed between the parties.
