Common use of Duration of the Pact Clause in Contracts

Duration of the Pact. This Pact begins when both the parties have legally signed it. It expires for the Contractor/Vendor 12 months after the completion of work under the contract or till the continuation of defect liability period, whichever is more and for all other bidders, till the Contract has been awarded.
