Common use of Duration of the Employment Clause in Contracts

Duration of the Employment. 3.1 The Employment shall commence on 1 January 1993 and, subject to clause 15 below, shall continue for a period of twenty-four months until 31 December 1994 and thereafter unless or until terminated by the Employer giving to the Executive at any time not less than twenty-four calendar months previous notice in writing to terminate the employment or by the Executive giving to the Employer at any time not less than twelve months previous notice in writing to terminate the employment.

Duration of the Employment. 3.1 The Employment shall commence on 1 January 1993 2003 for a period of three years and, subject to clause 15 belowClause 15, shall continue for a period of twenty-four months until 31 December 1994 and thereafter unless or until terminated by the Employer either party giving to the Executive at any time other not less than twenty-four calendar months previous six months' notice in writing to terminate writing. The Executive's period of continuous employment will also begin on 1 January 2003. No previous employment with any other employer shall be treated as continuous with the employment or by the Executive giving to the Employer at any time not less than twelve months previous notice in writing to terminate the employmentEmployment.

Duration of the Employment. 3.1 The Employment shall commence on 1 January 1993 30 September 1995 and, subject to clause 15 below, shall continue for a period of twenty-four months until 31 December 1994 29 September 1997 and thereafter unless or until terminated by the Employer giving to the Executive at any time not less than twenty-four twelve calendar months months’ previous notice in writing to terminate the employment or by the Executive giving to the Employer at any time not less than twelve months nine calendar months’ previous notice in writing to terminate the employment.
