Common use of Duration of Services Clause in Contracts

Duration of Services. The Contract is entered into for an indeterminate period of time and remains in effect so long as the Client uses the OVHcloud Services. The duration for which the Client undertakes to use the ordered Services is that which is applicable to the rate selected by the Client when submitting its Order (the “Period of Use”). In case of flat-rate or fixed sum payments (monthly, annual or other), and subject to Article “Conditions Specific to Consumers” and section “Termination for breach”, the Client undertakes to use the Services during the entire corresponding period.
