It shall be a condition to the deposit of cash and/or Eligible Instruments and the termination of the Company's obligations pursuant to the provisions of this Section with respect to the Debt Securities of any series under Section 1005 and any other covenant determined pursuant to Section 301 to be subject to this Section that the Company deliver to the Trustee (i) ...
