Common use of Duration of Order Clause in Contracts

Duration of Order. You may make a written stop payment order. Verbal stop payment orders are not permitted by the Credit Union. A written stop payment order will be effective for one (1) year. A written stop payment order may be renewed in writing from time to time. The Credit Union is not obligated to notify you when a stop payment order expires.

A written stop payment order will be effective for one six (6) months for drafts and checks. A written stop payment order for ACH or electronic items will remain in effect until the earlier of (1) yearthe withdrawal of the stop payment order by the account holder, or (2) the return of the debit entry or where a stop payment order is applied to more than one debit entry under a specific authorization involving a specific originating company, or the return of all such debit entries. A written stop payment order may be renewed in writing from time to time. The Credit Union is not obligated to notify you when a stop payment order expires.

A written stop payment order will be effective for one six (16) yearmonths. A written stop payment order may be renewed in writing from time to timewriting. The Credit Union is not obligated to notify you when a stop payment order expires.
