Common use of DURATION OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT Clause in Contracts

DURATION OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 31.01 This Agreement shall become effective as of the date that execution by both of the parties has been completed and shall continue to be in effect until the 31st day of March 2025 and shall continue to be in effect for one (1) year thereafter unless either the Employer or the Union gives written notice to the other party of its intention to enter into negotiations for the purpose of revising or terminating this Agreement.

DURATION OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 31.01 29.01 This Agreement shall become effective as of the date that execution by both of the parties has been completed and shall continue to be in effect until the 31st day of March 2025 2007 and shall continue to be in effect for one (1) year thereafter unless either the Employer or the Union gives written notice to the other party of its intention to enter into negotiations for the purpose of revising or terminating this Agreement.

DURATION OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 31.01 37.01 This Agreement shall become effective as of the date that execution by both of the parties has been completed remain in effect up to and including March 31, 2010 and shall continue to be in effect until the 31st day automatically thereafter during annual periods of March 2025 and shall continue to be in effect for one (1) year thereafter each unless either the Employer or the Union gives written notice to party notifies the other party in writing within ninety (90) days prior to the expiry date of this Agreement of its intention desire to enter into negotiations for the purpose of revising amend or terminating terminate this Collective Agreement.

DURATION OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 31.01 17.01 This Agreement shall become effective as of the date that execution by both 16th day of August, 2009 and shall remain in force until the parties has been completed 15th day of August, 2012 and shall continue in force from year to be in effect until the 31st day year thereafter, unless notice of March 2025 and shall continue to be in effect for one (1) year thereafter unless either the Employer or the Union gives written notice to the other party of its intention to enter into negotiations for terminate or amend this Agreement is given by either party not more than ninety (90) days before the purpose termination of revising or terminating this the said Agreement.

DURATION OF COLLECTIVE AGREEMENT. 31.01 17.01 This Agreement shall become effective as of the date that execution by both 16th day of the parties has been completed August, 2012 and shall continue to be remain in effect force until the 31st day of March 2025 December, 2015 and shall continue in force from year to be in effect for one (1) year thereafter thereafter, unless either the Employer or the Union gives written notice to the other party of its intention to enter into negotiations for terminate or amend this Agreement is given by either party not more than ninety (90) days before the purpose termination of revising or terminating this the said Agreement.
