Dues Deduction Indemnification. The Association agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless the County, its officers, agents and employees, from any cost, claim, liability or damage incurred through any legal or administrative proceeding instituted by any deputy in the bargaining unit because of the deduction of dues or any performance by the County under this Article.

Dues Deduction Indemnification. Pursuant to Section 5/11.1 of the IELRA, the Union shall indemnify the District for any damages and reasonable costs incurred for any claims made by an employee for deductions made or not made in good faith reliance on the Union’s notification to the District of an employee’s request to authorize, revoke, cancel, or change authorizations for payroll deductions.

Dues Deduction Indemnification. All members of this bargaining unit will, within thirty days of date of hire, have the option to join the Union upon giving affirmative consent in writing to the Town. The Employer will deduct union dues weekly from payroll of all members, upon receipt of signed payroll deduction authorization forms, and will forward such deductions to: Comptroller, International Brotherhood of Police Officers, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Quincy, MA 02169-4213. The Union shall indemnify, save and hold harmless the Town and any of its agents, employees or representatives performing required duties of the Town against any and all claims, suits, orders, judgments or other form of liability, of any nature, brought or issued against the Town as a result of the Town’s compliance with the dues deduction provisions of this article, including without limitation, all costs, expenses and counsel fees which may be incurred or imposed upon the Town.

Dues Deduction Indemnification. The Association shall indemnify the hospital and hold it harmless against any and all suits, claims, demands and liability that shall arise out of, or by reason of, any action that shall be taken by the Registered Nurse or the Registered Nurse’s spouse in connection with said deduction of dues. The Association will have no monetary claim against the hospital by reason of failure to perform under this Article.

Dues Deduction Indemnification. The bargaining unit members and the Union hereby indemnify Hospital and hold Hospital harmless against any and all suits, claims demands and liability that may arise out of or by any reason or any action that shall be taken by the bargaining unit member or the Union in connection with said dues deduction.
