Dubbing, Subtitling And Editing. Distributor will comply with all dubbing, subtitling or editing requirements applicable to the Picture or its trailers supplied by Licensor in creating any authorized dubbed, subtitled or edited version of the Picture or its trailers. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, each Picture and its trailers must be exhibited at all times in their original continuity, without alteration, interpolation, cut or elimination.

Dubbing, Subtitling And Editing. Distributor may not create dubbed, subtitled or parallel track versions of the Picture unless they are Authorized Language Uses in the Deal Terms. When creating any authorized dubbed, subtitled or edited version of the Picture or its trailers, Distributor will comply, at all times after their receipt, with all dubbing, subtitling or editing requirements for the Picture or its trailers, which are supplied by Notice from Licensor. Except as expressly provided in this Agreement, the Picture and its trailers must be exhibited at all times in their original continuity, without alteration, interpolation, cut or elimination.
Dubbing, Subtitling And Editing. In creating an authorized dubbed, subtitled or edited version of each Program and its trailers, Licensee will comply with Licensor's Requirements at all times after their receipt. Each Program must be telecast in its original continuity without alteration or cut except as otherwise provided in this Agreement.

  • Reporting and Recordkeeping The ownership of the property whether securities, cash and/or other property, and whether held by the Custodian or a subcustodian or in a depository, clearing agency or clearing system, shall be clearly recorded on the Custodian's books as belonging to the Series and not for the Custodian's own interest. The Custodian will supply to the Series from time to time, as mutually agreed upon, a statement in respect to any property of the Series held by the Custodian or by a subcustodian.
