DUAL REPRESENTATIVES. All securities services in connection with the sale of Variable Products will be provided by the Insurance Agency only through the Dual Representatives. Insurance Agency shall ensure that the Dual Representatives will effect securities transactions and provide securities services related to variable insurance products.
