Common use of Dual Coverage Clause in Contracts

Dual Coverage. 1. Members who are eligible for health insurance coverage may not have dual health insurance coverage under both the District’s health insurance plan (“District’s Coverage”) and the health insurance plan provided by the employer of a spouse or other family member (“other coverage”); however, dual coverage is allowed for dental and vision insurance coverages.
