Common use of DTD Clause in Contracts

DTD. CDOT’s Division of Transportation Development includes the following branches: Multimodal Planning, Information Management, Environmental Programs, Applied Research and Innovations, and Performance and Asset Management. The Planning, Information Management, and Performance branches work closely together to identify and meet federal requirements. Asset managers throughout the Department provide expertise on the inventory, condition, and expected life cycle for their areas. PAMB works with the asset managers to understand the current and forecasted condition of assets based on various levels of funding, using a budget scenario trade-off tool developed for this purpose.
