DRUG ABUSE PROGRAM. The CONTRACTOR shall certify to the DISTRICT that they have a current drug and alcohol policy as required by current Federal Law. CONTRACTOR shall furnish a copy of current policy to the DISTRICT. The CONTRACTOR shall also certify to the DISTRICT that their substance abuse program meets or exceeds all current Federal and State requirements for commercial drivers.
