Driver Roster Clause Samples
The Driver Roster clause establishes the requirement for a party to provide and maintain a list of all drivers authorized to operate vehicles under the agreement. Typically, this clause outlines the process for submitting the roster, updating it when drivers are added or removed, and may specify the information that must be included for each driver, such as names, license numbers, and qualifications. Its core function is to ensure that only approved and qualified individuals are permitted to drive, thereby managing risk and ensuring compliance with safety or insurance requirements.
Driver Roster. Contractors are to maintain an updated driver roster and stand-by driver roster for all MPS routes, which includes the driver’s full name and CDL license number. The report shall be in Microsoft EXCEL format and sorted alphabetically by last name. Stand-by drivers shall be designated as such.
