Driver Record. To ensure the safety of everyone involved, Volunteer Drivers must maintain a valid driver’s license for their state of residence and follow all driving laws wherever they operate their vehicle. I confirm that I have a safe driving record at the time of volunteering with Food For Neighbors. Specifically, I attest that I have no major violations and no more than two (2) at-fault accidents and/or minor violations within the past three years, as outlined below. Examples of major violations include: ● Leaving the scene of an accident ● Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol ● Excessive speeding (more than 20 mph over the limit) ● Reckless, negligent, or careless driving ● Any felony, homicide, or manslaughter involving a motor vehicleLicense suspension or revocation due to accidents or moving violations Examples of minor violations include: ● Speeding (less than 20 mph over the limit) ● Failure to obey traffic signs ● Failure to yield ● Illegal turn For the safety of Food For Neighbors volunteers and the communities we serve, it’s important that all Volunteer Drivers meet these requirements.

  • Records The Administrator shall maintain appropriate books of account and records relating to services performed hereunder, which books of account and records shall be accessible for inspection upon reasonable written request by the Issuer, the Seller and the Indenture Trustee at any time during normal business hours.

  • Inspection The Issuer shall, with reasonable prior notice, permit any representative of the Indenture Trustee, during the Issuer’s normal business hours, to examine the books of account, records, reports and other papers of the Issuer, to make copies and extracts therefrom, to cause such books to be audited by Independent certified public accountants, and to discuss the Issuer’s affairs, finances and accounts with the Issuer’s officers, employees, and Independent certified public accountants, all at such reasonable times and as often as may be reasonably requested. The Indenture Trustee shall and shall cause its representatives to hold in confidence all such information except to the extent disclosure may be required by law (and all reasonable applications for confidential treatment are unavailing) and except to the extent that the Indenture Trustee may reasonably determine that such disclosure is consistent with its obligations hereunder.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. This awareness program shall initially be for all employees and shall be scheduled at least once annually for all new employees to attend. b. The awareness program shall include but not be limited to: i. the definitions of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; ii. understanding situations that are not harassment or sexual harassment, including the exercise of an employer's managerial and/or supervisory rights and responsibilities; iii. developing an awareness of behaviour that is illegal and/or inappropriate; iv. outlining strategies to prevent harassment and sexual harassment; v. a review of the resolution of harassment and sexual harassment as outlined in this Agreement; vi. understanding malicious complaints and the consequences of such; vii. outlining any Board policy for dealing with harassment and sexual harassment; viii. outlining laws dealing with harassment and sexual harassment which apply to employees in B.C.

  • Deliverables Upon satisfactory completion of the work authorization, the Engineer shall submit the deliverables as specified in the executed work authorization to the State for review and acceptance.
