Dossier. i) The referees will be directed to evaluate separately the candidate’s Research and Teaching with respect to whether the candidate has attained an established record of excellence, or whether the candidate has attained an established record of continuing high quality, or whether the candidate has fallen short of establishing a record of continuing high quality. Referees will not be asked to make a recommendation either for or against promotion.
