Common use of Does Not Meet Standard Clause in Contracts

Does Not Meet Standard. There is evidence to indicate the school does not, or at some point in the school year did not, meet the criteria statements described for the indicator and the school failed to submit evidence of correction and/or a corrective action plan within 30 days of notification OR the school failed to implement the corrective action plan OR the non-compliance is repeated from the prior evaluation. Schools receive an overall organizational performance rating of either “Meets Standard” or “Does Not Meet Standard”. If a school receives “Does Not Meet Standard” ratings for three more indicators, the school will receive an overall organizational framework rating of “Does Not Meet Standard”. Fewer than three such ratings will result in an overall rating of “Meets Standard.” In addition, if a school receives a “Does Not Meet Standard”, on any indicator, CSD and PEC may conduct a closer review the following year on that indicator, and/or the PEC may require the school to submit a corrective action plan in order to specify actions and a timeline to correct the performance deficiency.
