Documents Upon Completion of Construction. Upon completion of construction of the Project, Licensee shall submit to Licensor: (i) an architect’s certification that the Plans comply with all applicable legal requirements and that the Project has been constructed and completed in accordance with the Plans approved by Licensor; and (ii) a copy of the temporary or, if available, permanent certificate of occupancy for the Project. A copy of the permanent certificate of occupancy for the Project should be provided to Licensor by no later than thirty (30) days after receipt by Licensee.
