DOCUMENTS TO BE SIGNED BY EMPLOYEES. The Employer shall supply the Union with its standard packet of documents to be signed by the employee. Further, any site specific documents shall be given to the Union as soon as possible. The parties recognize that harmonious labor relations require that employees represented by the Union sign certain documents for the benefit of their Employers.
