Common use of DOCUMENTS, PRINTOUTS, ETC Clause in Contracts

DOCUMENTS, PRINTOUTS, ETC. All documents, books, records, instructional materials, programs, printouts and memoranda of every description derived therefrom and pertaining to this MOA shall become the joint property of the Government and UVI and shall be turned over to the Government and UVI at the termination of this MOA. The above described materials shall not be used by any other person or entity except upon the written permission of the Government and UVI.
