Documentation Standards. 1. Written documentation of inventory, evaluations, findings of effect, and treatment prescribed per this Agreement will conform to the Secretary of the Interior’s Standards and Guidelines for Archeology and Historic Preservation (48 FR 44716–44740), as well as to applicable standards and guidelines established by the SHPO and the HPMP. All documentation that supports findings and determinations made under this Agreement shall be consistent with 36 CFR Part 800.11. Documentation prepared by local or state agencies or their consultants in support of such findings shall be submitted to the Corps for review and approval by the Corps District Archaeologist or appropriately supervised Corps staff.
