Common use of Document Format Clause in Contracts

Document Format. a. All documents shall be provided in a format compatible with the State Census Office standard applications (currently, Microsoft Office and Adobe). In all cases, the Contractor shall verify application compatibility with the State Contract Manager prior to creation or delivery of any document. Any deviations to these standards shall be approved by the State’s Contract Manager.
