Documents and Delivery Sample Clauses
Documents and Delivery. All original analyses, reports, graphics, estimates, design notes, drawings, specifications and survey maps prepared by the consultant under this Agreement, upon completion of the work required herein, will become the property of the City and shall be delivered to the City's Authorized Agent. The Consultant may provide a complete reproducible set of drawings, specifications, survey maps and all other documents in lieu of the originals.
Documents and Delivery. Reports pursuant to Section 5 shall be provided in an accessible format compatible with the SOS standard applications (currently, Microsoft Office and Adobe). One (1) electronic copy is to be submitted to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇ and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇.
