DOCUMENT EXECUTION AND FILING. The County and the Cities agree that there shall be five (5) duplicate originals of this Agreement procured and distributed for signature by the necessary officials of the County and the Cities. Upon execution, one executed original of this Agreement shall be retained by the cities of Battle Ground, Camas and Washougal and two shall be retained by the County. The Cities shall cause a copy of this agreement to be posted on their website pursuant to RCW 39.34.
