Common use of DOCKING Clause in Contracts

DOCKING. Any damage to the Equipment, dock, or boats nearby that occurs due to Renter’s incorrect securing the Equipment is Renter’s responsibility. The Renter is responsible for ALL damages during the period of this Agreement. Do not leave the Equipment unattended.
