Common use of DOCKING Clause in Contracts

DOCKING. At all times during the Service Term of this Agreement, the SHIP shall remain docked at the Berth, provided, however, that SHIP may be excused from such requirement for purposes of performing the SHIP’s Services and/or discharging its obligations under this Agreement.
