Division Director. The request shall be transmitted to the Department Director. The Department 8 Director has ninety (90) calendar days from the date they receive the request to review the request 9 and either approve or deny the request for job sharing. Employees who job share one full-time 10 position shall receive pro-rata benefits except medical benefits shall be granted on the same basis as 11 other half-time County employees. In the event that one of the job-sharing employees terminates 12 their employment (voluntarily or involuntarily), the County shall have the following options:
