Common use of Diversity Clause in Contracts

Diversity. (a) M/WBE Program – Board’s Business Diversity and Development Department established for this Agreement an M/WBE participation goal of 20%. The Consultant has committed to XX%. Consultant agrees at all times during the Term to meet or exceed the Commitment and to comply with the requirements of Exhibit B – Minority/Women Business Enterprise (M/WBE) Special Contract Provisions concerning that goal and the Board’s M/WBE Program.
