Common use of Diversity Clause in Contracts

Diversity. The Employer and each Constituent Union recognize the values of diversity, equity and inclusion in the workplace and agree to the principle of, and are committed to, establishing a workplace that is inclusive and diverse. In order to help achieve these goals, the parties agree to establish a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Committee, composed of equal representatives from the Employer and all Constituent Unions, that will meet on an as needed basis, but no less than quarterly.
