Common use of Diversion Program Clause in Contracts

Diversion Program. To the extent requested by the Bolton Police Department, and consistent with the regulations of the Cannabis Control Commission, the Company shall work with the ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Police Department to implement a comprehensive diversion prevention plan to prevent diversion, such plan to be in place prior to the date that the Company commences operations at the Facility. Such plan will include but is not limited to: (i) training the Company’s employees to be aware of, observe, and report any unusual behavior in authorized visitors or other employees that may indicate the potential for diversion; and, (ii) utilizing seed-to-sale tracking software to closely track all inventory at the Facility.
