Diversion Program. The Board shall continue to sponsor the Diversion Program that it administers in conjunction with the Office of the State’s Attorney for Baltimore City. Consistent with the memorandum entitled Introduction/Purpose Diversion Counseling Program dated April 23, 1999, the Diversion Program shall provide group counseling for bargaining unit members who either are in the process of being charged or who are charged with an offense committed during the course of their employment against a minor who is a public school student. The counselor who leads the meetings shall be selected, jointly, by the Office of the State’s Attorney for Baltimore City, the Board and the Union. In necessitous circumstances, BCPSS, with the participation of the State’s Attorney and the Union, may alter the program.

Diversion Program. To the extent requested by the Bolton Police Department, and consistent with the regulations of the Cannabis Control Commission, the Company shall work with the Xxxxxx Police Department to implement a comprehensive diversion prevention plan to prevent diversion, such plan to be in place prior to the date that the Company commences operations at the Facility. Such plan will include but is not limited to: (i) training the Company’s employees to be aware of, observe, and report any unusual behavior in authorized visitors or other employees that may indicate the potential for diversion; and, (ii) utilizing seed-to-sale tracking software to closely track all inventory at the Facility.
Diversion Program. Any employee who tests positive for alcohol or illegal drugs shall be required to participate in a diversion program for six months, which may include additional random drug testing. Employees who test positive a second time or fail to participate in or complete a diversion program shall be subject to discipline, up to and including dismissal.

  • Program 3.01 The Recipient declares its commitment to the Program and its implementation. To this end:

  • Orientation Program The Company will allow a designated representative of the Local or Bargaining Unit up to one (1) hour per calendar month for the purpose of conducting the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union New Members’ Orientation Program. Such meetings will be conducted during the probationary period of employees, and will be held on Company premises. Employees participating in Orientation Program meetings during their normally scheduled working hours will not suffer loss of pay at their regular rate. Orientation Program meetings will be scheduled by Management and a Management representative may attend as an observer.

  • HEALTH PROGRAM 3701 Health examinations required by the Employer shall be provided by the Employer and shall be at the expense of the Employer. 3702 Time off without loss of regular pay shall be allowed at a time determined by the Employer for such medical examinations and laboratory tests, provided that these are performed on the Employer’s premises, or at a facility designated by the Employer. 3703 With the approval of the Employer, a nurse may choose to be examined by a physician of her/his own choice, at her/his own expense, as long as the Employer receives a statement as to the fitness of the nurse from the physician. 3704 Time off for medical and dental examinations and/or treatments may be granted and such time off, including necessary travel time, shall be chargeable against accumulated income protection benefits.

  • Develop programs 1) The Employer will develop and implement health promotion and health education programs, subject to the availability of resources. Each Appointing Authority will develop a health promotion and health education program consistent with the Minnesota Management & Budget policy. Upon request of any exclusive representative in an agency, the Appointing Authority shall jointly meet and confer with the exclusive representative(s) and may include other interested exclusive representatives. Agenda items shall include but are not limited to smoking cessation, weight loss, stress management, health education/self-care, and education on related benefits provided through the health plan administrators serving state employees.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Rehabilitation Program The company agrees to the implementation of an agreed worker’s compensation rehabilitation policy. The operation of this policy shall be reviewed on a regular basis. The parties commit to ensuring that the rehabilitation of injured workers is an accepted practice, and that suitable duties are provided when available. No employee will be terminated whilst on workers compensation during the first 12 months without prior consultation with the union. The parties agree that the person responsible for the management of rehabilitation cases must be adequately trained to do the job. If such a person is not available within the company, then the services of an agreed building industry rehabilitation coordination service will be used. The parties to this Agreement shall ensure that any employee who sustains a work related injury, illness or disease, will be afforded every assistance in utilising a rehabilitation program aimed at returning that employee to meaningful employment within the industry.

  • Training Programs All employees shall successfully complete all necessary training prior to being assigned work (e.g., all employees will complete health and safety training prior to being assigned to task). Nothing in this Article or provision shall constitute a waiver of either party’s bargaining obligations or defenses. The Employer still has an obligation to notify and bargain changes in terms and conditions of employment with the exclusive representative.

  • Dependent Care Assistance Program The County offers the option of enrolling in a Dependent Care Assistance Program (DCAP) designed to qualify for tax savings under Section 129 of the Internal Revenue Code, but such savings are not guaranteed. The program allows employees to set aside up to five thousand dollars ($5,000) of annual salary (before taxes) per calendar year to pay for eligible dependent care (child and elder care) expenses. Any unused balance is forfeited and cannot be recovered by the employee.

  • Educational Program a. The educational program of the School (Section 4, Subsection 6 from the original contract and unchanged here) is as follows:
