Dive Association Safe Diving Practices. It is a condition precedent to the insurers liability under this policy that that all recreational diving services are performed in accordance with the standards, guidelines and recommendations for safe diving practices as established by the Authoritative Diving Organisation. In particular any participants that have pre-existing medical conditions must provide a copy of their fitness to dive signed by a doctor prior to diving and this must be retained by the insured; or for certificated divers the insured must be able demonstrate they have adhered to all local regulations for assessing such divers.
