Disturbance Allowance. (Applies to all staff) 35.4.1 An Employee who is not on-call and who is contacted outside of their rostered hours of work, for any reason other than checking their availability to work additional hours, shall be paid a disturbance allowance, in accordance with Table 2 Schedule 2. 35.4.2 Payment of the allowance will apply each time an Employee is contacted, and is in addition to any overtime payment the Employee shall receive pursuant to the overtime provisions if the Employee is recalled to duty.
