Common use of District Services Clause in Contracts

District Services. The Association shall have the right to use the District mail/email service and unit member mailboxes for communications to unit members without interference, censorship, or examination of such communications by the District, except where contrary to law. The Association shall also have the right to post notices of activities and matters of Association concern on an Association bulletin board. If the District develops a District-wide electronic bulletin board, it shall establish a designated space for the Association on the board. All members with regular access to the board shall have access to the Association space.
