Common use of District Services Clause in Contracts

District Services. 4.2.1 The Association shall have the right to use unit member mailboxes for communications to unit members without interference, censorship or examination of such communications by the District. 4.2.2 The Association shall have the right to use the District electronic mail service and unit member electronic mailboxes for communications to unit members without interference, censorship or examination of such communications by the District 4.2.3 Communication as identified in this section shall not interfere with class instruction.
