District Operators. District Operators must work independently to successfully complete tasks and duties within designated districts. They perform road maintenance, minor repairs and may coordinate equipment use and maintenance. They may direct and lead the work of others assigned temporarily or seasonally. District Operators understand and know their area of coverage to help prioritize work efforts, coordinate with landowners, and provide customer service. In addition, they also respond as needed to situations and emergencies. District Operators are assigned to Augusta, Lincoln, and Wolf Creek Districts.
