Common use of Distributor Purchases Clause in Contracts

Distributor Purchases. Distributors designated by Buyer, who are approved by Seller and who meet Seller's normal standards of creditworthiness, may order and purchase the Products and otherwise act on Buyer's behalf pursuant to this Agreement. Any such distributor purchases, or any purchases by or on behalf of Buyer's franchisees or licensees shall be governed by the terms of this Supply Agreement (except to the extent inconsistent with any separate agreement between Seller and any such franchisee or licensee) and shall be counted towards Buyer's minimum annual purchase obligation under Paragraph 1.
