Disputes - Qualified to Instruct. (a) Should any question be raised by a faculty member of the Association as to whether a faculty member is or is not qualified to instruct the remaining courses or perform the remaining services in the DDP, the question, within five (5) days of being raised, shall be referred in writing to the Labour Management Relations Committee composed of an equal number of representatives of the College and the Association.
