Dispute Resolution by the Appropriate Commission. In the event that the parties are unable to resolve any dispute, controversy or claim relating to or arising under this Agreement, as stated above, the same shall be referred to the appropriate electricity regulatory commission (CERC/APERC) for adjudication.
