Common use of Disposition of Confidential Information Clause in Contracts

Disposition of Confidential Information. In the event of termination or expiration of this Agreement, the Parties shall return or destroy a forms of Confidential Information provided to them under this Agreement within 30 days after such termination or expiration, provided, however, that each Party may retain one copy of such Confidential Information for the sole purpose of use in any litigation resulting from this Agreement or the activities undertaken pursuant thereto, and further provided that each Party shall retain full use of Confidential Information as provided under this Agreement to the extent it relates to any of the rights accrued to a Party hereunder prior to such termination or expiration.
