Disposal of Assets. Other than Permitted Dispositions, Permitted Investments, or transactions expressly permitted by Sections 6.3 and 6.11, convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of (or enter into an agreement to convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of) any of Borrower’s or its Subsidiaries assets.

Disposal of Assets. Other than Permitted Dispositions, Permitted Investments, Dispositions or transactions expressly permitted by Sections 6.3 and or 6.11, convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of (or enter into an agreement to convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of) any of BorrowerParent’s or its Subsidiaries assets.

Other than Permitted Dispositions, Permitted Investments, or transactions expressly permitted by Sections 6.3 and 6.11, convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of (or enter into an agreement to convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of) any of BorrowerParent’s or its Subsidiaries assets.

Disposal of Assets. Other than Permitted Dispositions, Permitted Investments, or transactions expressly permitted by Sections 6.3 and 6.11, convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of (or enter into an agreement to convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of) any of Borrower’s Parent's or its Subsidiaries assets.

Other than Permitted Dispositions, Permitted Investments, or transactions expressly permitted by Sections 6.3 and 6.11, convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of (or enter into an agreement to convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of) any of BorrowerParent’s or its Subsidiaries assets.

Disposal of Assets. Other than Permitted Dispositions, Permitted Investments, Dispositions or transactions expressly permitted by Sections 6.3 and or 6.11, convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of (or (other than in connection with the exercise by Borrower of its option to terminate this Agreement and terminate the Commitments by repaying to Agent all of the Obligations in full in accordance with Section 3.5) enter into an agreement to convey, sell, lease, license, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of) any of Borrower’s 's or its Subsidiaries assets.
